My favorite travel rewards credit card, the Chase Sapphire Preferred card has an increased sign up bonus this month! The new bonus offer is – spend $5k in 3 months, earn 100,000 ultimate rewards points. The typical offer is usually only 60,000 points. Having 100k ultimate rewards point is worth $1000 if you cash it out, or at least $2000+ if you transfer the points to travel partners.
Travel partners include United Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Jetblue Airlines, Hyatt, Marriott, and IHG hotels – just to name a few. You can transfer the points earned to one of their travel partners to travel for free. The card also has some travel benefits such as free rental car insurance protection and delayed baggage and trip reimbursement. It has no foreign transaction fees, so you can use this card abroad. It also offers an annual $50 statement credit on hotel stays booked through the chase travel portal.
